L&rsquo;\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0entrainement\u00a0\u00bb consiste donc \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 diriger le mental en l&rsquo;obligeant \u00e0 se concentrer sur des gestes, images, visualisations, respirations, vibrations sonores, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9s par la tradition comme efficaces pour ralentir l&rsquo;agitation int\u00e9rieure.
